The Chamois inspired a few companies to give their version of it, amongst those: Moto-Baldet.
Moto-Baldet made a pleasantly different Chamois: two-tone paintwork; four headlamps, which looked good and gave a very powerful long-range beam. The imitation grille had been turned upside down. The heater intake was chrome-plated. This part of the conversion could be bought separately (£45) or as part of a new car (£623 - Jan '65). Buying the car directly from Moto-Baldet, there were more extras to consider, like:
