According to the badges it's a Hillman Imp. The badge (which I can't read) on the left side rear wing likely declares it to be an Imp Super.

NVP 200R - that's Sue Ellis, former Regalia Officer - overtaking us on the way to Bangor. I think this is still the M62 or so (at almost 2 PM). The weather was decidedly uncheerful up until we got within miles of Bangor.
